How can I see a list all bookings for one property? I can't seem to figure that one out.

Have you tried any of the reports (Dashboard ==> Reports) yet? Let us know your thoughts on that...

thanks John, There seems to be an OK listing of bookings in the Owner's Report. But it seems to be not listing all of the rentals (perhaps some of the rentls are not "complete" yet?).

To be more specific in my request... When a renter asks for availability for one particular house I'm looking for a snapshot of all that property's bookings, regardless of where the bookins are in the process (unpaid, complete, awaiting contract, whatever) so I could tell the renter what's available or what's possible... and do it a glance from the booking calendar screen, or perhaps the property screen. (?) Anywhere that's convenient.

All the reports in that top section are filtered by the selections below - date ranges, property, agent, etc., so make sure those settings are "wide" enough to show all the bookings you're looking for. If that fails, let us know - perhaps there is an issue we need to address. Or, a new report that is more tuned to what you need for this.

The Master Calendar shows all properties, and all bookings, and the statuses are color-coded. Could that be helpful?

Also, have you tried the Multi-Property Search tool? That allows you to enter the dates the guest wants, and it returns a list of available properties in your account, along with photos, estimated totals, and quick links to jump to the booking process for it.
