It would be wonderful to have a multi-selection checkbox for marketing channels on the reports menu (similar to how properties are listed so you can choose A and C but not B).

Specifically, we have three primary channels - AirBNB, VRBO, and "Direct" (and the default, none). For things like Tax reporting (and overall auditing) we need to run certain reports by "AirBNB" and then by "Everything Else." Currently that requires running the reports several times and manually adding up numbers. This would be much easier if we could run reports for the multiple items.

Additionally, on the expense reporting, it would be nice to have a "Not Paid" option. Incurred and Paid are fine, but what about incurred and not paid? Currently requires to run the incurred report, hunt down those without paid dates and pay them.
