Just wondering if you know if the "minimum book ahead days" setting is communicated to Rentals United (RU), as we have our minimum book ahread days set to 1, and yet have received a same-day booking for our Eden property through Airbnb. We are unable to edit Airbnb as it is linked to RU.

Hi rael - that figure is indeed conveyed in the Bookerville API to all entities reading it, but I don't know that any of them are "honoring" it, so-to-speak. Moreover, even if the Channel Managers read it and store it in their systems, I'm not sure which listing sites offer that feature. It would be best to ask them (Rentals United) about it.
