What populates the "Scheduled Notes" on the dashboard?

If you go into the Booking Details page for any booking, look at the Comments & Notes box. At the bottom is a button called "More", which expands the box to show where you can enter special kinds of notes. Some can be designated for housekeeping, and also these notes can be scheduled. Once you pick a date for a certain note, that causes it to appear in your At-A-Glance tab box, depending on the configuration settings for that At-A-Glance tab box.

It doesn't. Yet. We are working on that. Ideally, it would appear in the My Clean/Inspect List that they have on their phone. Are you familiar with the Housekeeping mobile app?

Ok - hope we will get to that soon (the part about putting the Housekeeping-designated notes into the Housekeeping App so the cleaners will see it...)

When I schedule an alert to be sent for a clean to a cleaner, will it also alert then if that reservation changes or cancel?

One more question… Any plans on making it available for the cleaners to see whether the reservation is a back to back reservation or only at check out cleaning

Hi SouthernBeachre: if you use the Automatic Scheduled Emails (Property Setup page >> Emails & Templates tab), then yes, if a booking gets cancelled or shifted on the calendar, the Automatic Scheduled Emails are re-generated.
If you grant the cleaners "View Master Calendar" permission, then they can see right away (visually) if it's a back-to-back booking ("transition" day").
