Bookerville shows a booking through VRBO; however, does not show any payment in paypal. VRBO tells me they paid a certain amount. What gives?

The guest name does not show up, nor does the payment as well. On VRBO side of the house, it shows they paid a partial payment. Nothing shows in Paypal or even bookerville that they paid.

It looks like this booking came from your VRBO iCal feed. So it probably originated in VRBO, but there's no way for us to know that for sure.

What is your VRBO account saying about it?

Ok. Then you'll want to dig into that and see what's going on.

Are you using "book-now" through VRBO? Do they collect for you, then send you payments later?
