Is is possible to receive an email screen shot of when a search for availablity returns a "you must have a min of xxx nights".
It just occured to me that there may be those requests that are being refused that I may actually want either the reservation or abilbity to recontact the person.

I'm not sure I follow your meaning here. The Multi-Property Search page will only return properties that are available for the selected dates, and this includes your Minium/Maximum stay requirements. Any properties that have a Min/Max stay outside the range of dates the guest is inquiring about simply won't show up in the results. So it's kind of hard to send an email showing properties that didn't show up in the results...
