Is there a way to print off 6 months or a years view of the calendar. Thanks for any help.

either a single property or the multiple property calendar

For a single property, you can go to the Public Booking Calendar for it and just click the "Show More" link at the bottom until a full year appears.

I have to admit, I'm having a tough time picturing what this would look like for even just two properties though. Do you have a vision in mind, that you could share? We're always open to ideas...

Hi John
All we want is a printed copy of a years calendar. We keep this at home so when a request comes in from any source we can just glance at the sheet to see if the dates are available. It's just quicker sometimes then checking on the computer.

Ok. I would just print the 12-month version of the Public Booking Calendar, one for each property. Let me know if that doesn't suffice, or if you need help, Ok?

Not a problem I was just checking if there was a one click option to do this but it's not a big deal. It's simple enough to do as you suggested. My only holdup now is getting the coupon code to work on the public master calendar, which is the one I use on the website for bookings. Once this is done I'm all set to go

yes it's dec11 this would deduct our cleaning fee of $65 for the dates Dec 11 - Dec 17
I also just put up the code test for use on any days from now up until dec 31.
neither of these work on the public master.

Thanks Jerry, that helped. We've identified the culprit, and should have a software update in tomorrow morning's (4:00 am eastern) roll-out.
