Can you create a Net Rent Tag that would be the total rent minus any discounts plus any surcharges? I believe that my competition only provides the net rent figure and not the total rent (including taxes and cleaning fee), which I have been providing in my "booking costs" in my quote.
Could you also clarify what [TOTAL] and [RENT DUE] include in the Tag Legend table, to avoid confusion.

Sure - look for the new [NET RENT] tag starting tomorrow morning (4:00 am EST).
The [TOTAL] is simply the absolute total amount of the whole booking. This includes everything, except any refundable security deposits. We'll update the Tag Legend to reflect this.
As for [RENT DUE] - this is the calculated rent using the rates you have specified in your Rates tab. This will be based on any monthly, weekly, and daily rates you have defined there. But it does not include any over-occupancy surcharges or discounts, nor any booking fees, cleaning fees, guest options, etc.
