I feel that "Block Dates" privileges should be considered, as they don't have monetary value, can be handled by our clients (property owners we manage for), and come in handy for various reasons ("family in town wants to stay", "burst pipes need to be worked on", "closed due to bedbugs", etc.).
I understand we can probably take the time to edit a booking to $0. But, that not only takes time, it also subjects our accounting to another layer of human error.
If we can grant our clients (home owners) privileges without the temptation to "try their hand at it" and make things complicated, it would be very convenient to have an altogether separate privilege that's not an official "Book Property" privilege.
Thanks!
