I've had several guests inquire as to why they are bombarded with the question "Would you like to view a mobile-optimized version...?" This evening a guest said, "I've referred the website and I've had several people come back and say that this question to view via a mobile-optimized version keeps coming up on every page they click on the website. Is that normal? I tried it as well and got the same pop-up. What is it? You click it once and then it pops up again and again."
Is there a way to turn this off, keep it to just mobile devices, or reduce it so that it only comes up when a guest first logs on to the website rather than over and over?
Thanks!
Blaine

Hi Blaine, we're sorry for the issue. The pop-up is indeed only supposed to pop-up once, so something must be amiss.
Can you please point me to an example page where it's doing this to you? If we can see it in context, we may be able to pinpoint where the trouble is.
Thanks,
John

It happens on the calendar page of each of my property sites, so here: http://www.wigginsretreat.com/Calendar.html and here: http://www.hiddenacresaz.com/Availability.html.
It pops up and gives you the option of OK or Cancel. If I hit cancel, it pops back up again after a few seconds. Cancel again, pops back up again, etc. Personally I'd prefer not to use the mobile version from the desktop so I can see why this is frustrating my guests.
Is there a way to set it so the mobile request only comes on when someone is accessing from a mobile device?

Any suggestions here? I also noticed that when you use the mobile option, you are unable to use the promo code feature. I just had another guest who opted for another property because he was so frustrated with the mobile pop-up, couldn't add the promo code, etc. This is getting to be really frustrating. Can I just eliminate the mobile option altogether?
