Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a guest who was trying to pay by credit card. The option on the site says, "You can pay online using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account (you don't need a PayPal account for this)." When she goes to pay, it requires her to set up a PayPal account and asks for her bank routing number. It then says that credit card is not a valid payment method. I'm at a loss. Any ideas how to help her pay?! Thanks!

Hi Blaine - first, my apologies for the late response.
PayPal has long been known for their tactics in getting people to sign up for an account with them. The truth is, people can skip that part and pay you directly with a credit/debit card (assuming you have a true business account with PayPal). But PayPal makes this unclear, probably because they see more signups this way.
There's nothing we can do about it - it's a PayPal policy, and one of several disadvantages of using PayPal.
