I think it's MUCH more useful to have the guest's Cell phone. After all, when they are at your VR that is the phone they will have, not some phone attached to a desk 1000 miles away. Is it possible to make this the required number so we get it automatically?

Totally agree with Steve, this is so important, when we offer a collection services from Airports and the only contact number we have is a landline. Yes Please.!!

We can definitely make Cell Phone a required field on the final pop-up that collects the full information. Is that Ok?
To clarify: only the (regular) phone field will appear in the initial fields. But if they proceed to book (or request) then the full contact details will appear, and we can make Cell Phone a required field there.
Is that what we're talking about?

Sounds great. I believe in making the initial contact easier (less dropouts) but then collecting the needed details once they commit so this is perfect. Thanks!

Just wondered if you could check something for me. I know you said this feature has been updated, but it would appear that guests are still not completing the full information upon confirmation of booking. Had a guest arrive last night, and we could not contact them at the airport as their information was incomplete. Booking Ref: 1420-496622-20150506. They confirmed the booking this year in Feb. So I would have expected the feature to have been up and running. Thanks Debs.
