I want to do some follow up marketing to potential future guests that inquired but did not book. Is there a way to export the inquiry list?

Hi nance. You can export the Guest List (Dashboard ==> Reports) into an Excel file and import it into Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or your own file to blast emails if you like.

Hmmm I see. The guest list includes every contact whether they booked or not..... Okay Thanks!

Right. But it shows a property name (the most-recent) if they booked, but if they did not book, then that field (as well as the Last Booked column)would be blank. Does that help?
Also, you can filter by property.
But let us know if we can add more filters, etc. to that report, Ok?
