With Quite a few Agents having access to our system, It is not easily visible when Agents make updates to bookings. Would it be possible to have an Auto Alert when Agents, other than ourselves make updates. Sometimes Agents/Owners make an initial booking without all the relevant information to hand, ie contact details or flight times, but then go back in and update at a later stage. Which we need to be aware of, and to act upon.

Hi Sabeli Villas, my apologies for the delayed reply.
So this would be like an email that goes to you, whenever a user other than your own makes an update to a booking?

Yes, that's right. We get the new booking alert, but nothing after that if owners/agents update the booking with new information, ie flight times, addition requirements ie guests options etc. Its not always possible to keep track of all booking updates.

Hmmm. Are the owners/agents always making these changes via the Master Calendar, with the permissions they have?
The email would only be able to state that the booking was updated, not what changed. Would that still help?

John, Yes that would be a great help, especially with all the new bookings for the coming season. And yes they would making the changes via the Master Calendar, permissions allowing.

Hi John, Just wondering if we got anywhere with this. Thanks keep up the good work.

It turns out that this is pretty difficult to implement. Let me ask: what changes do they typically make, that you would want to be notified about? You mentioned flight information, so that would be the Admin box. What about the amounts? What about payments made? Or do they ever change the dates, or check-in/out times? Or the guest information?
