Just started using this software and a little confused looks like it is more setup for a house than a Bed and Breakfast. Trying to figure out how to setup individual rooms and rates and all show up on one calender. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Charles, thanks for your interest in Bookerville.
It looks like you figured it out: each individually-rentable room needs its own calendar, so each needs to be a separate "property". It also looks like you found the "Clone" button, to make copies of properties (rooms) once you've set everything up for one of them.
Setting rates is very easy, just go to the Property Setup page for any one of the rooms, and click the "Rates" tab. Here's a quick (3-minute) video demonstrating how to do it: Setting Rates
There are several other videos on that page that can quickly help you explore some of the introductory features of Bookerville: How-To Videos
And of course we are here to help, so either post topics here in our Forums, or email directly: support@bookerville.com, and we are happy to walk you through everything.
