I occasionally have cancellations that have paid an initial deposit. I give a partial refund if I am able to subsequently rent the time period. It would be nice if I their information was kept in bookerville so that I could look up their reservation and enter the refund (if any) and their payment was still in the system.
Thanks
Thanks

I agree! I have this issue as well. It would be nice to keep the canceled rez, rather than moving it to a Booking Request format.

I agree! We must document each dollar coming in , but the cancelled reservations do not show up on a report

Totally agree. As part of the Owners Statement report, figures for these cancelled bookings need to be shown.

It sounds to me like the best way to handle this would be to include any payments made in Booking Requests (not just bookings) in the various reports.
If we did this, then you would have to be careful to remove payments from those Booking Requests that are not expected to appear in reports.
Thoughts?
