Can I setup authorized users? We have several authorized users - how do I set them in the system?

You can create new Bookerville members in your Dashboard ==> Account Settings tab. Once created, you can then grant specific permissions to them on a property-by-property basis.

And let us know if we can help, Ok?

Hi John,
Thanks for the vid! A couple of questions.
For clients/owners that we work for, I'd like to setup "view calendar" and "block these dates" options for said clients. Is setting up a new member and granting "view" and "book" privileges what you recommend (under Account Settings)? Or, is there another area altogether for clients to have access?
I'm going to add this request to the Request section, but I feel that "Block Dates" privileges should be considered, as they don't have monetary value, can be handled by our clients, and come in handy for various reasons ("family in town wants to stay", "burst pipes need to be worked on", "closed due to bedbugs", etc.). I understand we can probably take the time to edit a booking to $0. But, that not only takes time, but also subjects our accounting to another layer of human error.
Thanks!
