How about a simple public search function? Being able to search by number of bedrooms/bathrooms plus amenities (i.e. hottub, oceanfront, etc.) would be awesome. I would think it would be a fairly easy integration by including, for example, a number of bedrooms module (via drop down menu selection), etc. in the property set-up tab that would then connect all of your properties with that number for that field. The search function could then be integrated into a website via iframe as some of your other features are. This would then enable a guest to search and narrow all of your properties by pool, hot tub, number of bedrooms, sleeps #, etc.
