Release 2.5 was rolled out on February 3rd, 2011. Below are the features & enhancements included in this eleventh Bookerville release:
1) Minimum / Maximum Stays
We have overhauled how Bookerville handles your minimum & maximum stays. There is now a whole new tab, complete with three new graphical calendar-based tools dedicated to helping you define your minimum & maximum stays. Do you typically require whole-week bookings during your high season? Go to the "Enforce Whole Weeks" tab, and just start clicking weeks - it's that simple!
Do you have special minimum-stay requirements for certain weekends throughout the year? Easy - go to the "Enforce Blocks of Days" tab, and set them. This tool works just like the rate-setting tool does. Click the start day of the weekend on the calendar, then click the end day for the weekend, and the block of days is highlighted in yellow. Then just click the "Enforce Block" button. All of your whole-week and special blocks of days are presented graphically on the calendar, showing you at a glance where you have set special minimum-stays.
We think Bookerville now has the most comprehensive, flexible, and easy-to-use facility for enforcing your minimum and maximum stays. Give it a try!
2) At-a-Glance Calendar
For our Multi-Property managers, we now have a quick and easy page for you that shows your availability, check-in/check-out schedule for all your properties on a single page. It defaults to showing you the current week, but you can navigate forward & backward day at a time or week at a time. This can serve as a quick reference to help you manage what's happening on a day-to-day basis.
